How it starts
Fifty designs. All of them yours to change.
A blank page is the slowest and most expensive way to build a custom home. Ours are already drawn, already costed and already proven on Queensland blocks — so you're editing something real instead of describing something imaginary.
Start from a design
Pick one you like and we change whatever doesn't suit. Move a wall, rework the kitchen, flip the plan for your block's orientation.
Or bring your own plans
Already have drawings from an architect or draftsman? Send them through and we'll price them properly.
How it runs
You'll never have to ask how it's going.
Every Friday you get a written update — what happened, what's next, and whether we need anything from you. Photos included.
A check-in every Monday
A short survey so you can flag something before it becomes a problem.
A group chat with the office
You, Peter, and the people doing the work. Ask a question, someone who knows answers.
The builder's mobile, not a switchboard
Fifteen years in the trade means Peter can usually answer on the spot.
